"We absolutely loved eating at the Dock! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, service is great, food is fantastic and location amazing. We even had it delivered to our room the following night because we were so happy with the food. Went here for something to eat and they have a good range of well priced food. Drinks are also a good price and the location is great. Staff were also very friendly.

"Ordered deep fried chicken wings with salt and pepper via uber eats on a rainy day. There was no picture with the menu, but naturally when you order chicken wings you expect just that, whole chicken wings right? I received chopped up chicken and bones. Not much meat to it. Very difficult to navigate eating the chicken and not the bones as some bones were small. Upon closer inspection, it didn't look like chicken wings at all. Not one piece of chopped up meat looked like it could have come from a chicken wing. In fact some pieces looked like chicken bum. Just an assortment of chopped up chicken carcass. I called to ask what I was eating. I was assured it was chicken wings and they had just chopped them up. I was not given a refund. It was blatantly not chopped up wings. I wish I could add photos to this post. Also, why on earth would you chop up chicken wings to serve? That wasn't what I ordered and was not disclosed on the menu. The food sounded great and I would have come back for more. But after this experience I am afraid I can't trust the menu or the chef and will not recommend Chefs Delight to family and friends. Very disappointed.

"Great flavours, great northern Chinese food. Good to have in Hamilton East. If you want chicken fried rice... go to your local chinese takeaways, this place is for the real foodies!

"Came here for dinner and it was a great decision. Food was well seasoned and decent portion size. Not mouthwatering good but good enough to fill your bellies on a budget. Service was great and I would come back again.

"Came here with a group and we decided to have the Peking duck dish only to find out that it needs to be pre ordered. Other than that, the food and place was awesome. The crispy squid and corn soup is really worth a try.
